It might not be the best lighting or the best editing, it was a “quick grab the camera” moment…I quickly adjusted a few settings and it was a “one shot only” picture, but I’m still happy with how it turned out. Ethan’s new thing is to climb on Braden and he likes to sit on people. Good thing Braden’s a good sport.
Little did I know this nap would be a precursor for a week full of illness in our house. I tried to wake him up so he couuld make it to T-ball but he was so emotional and out of it when I did that I immediately regretted it, clearly he wasn’t feeling well (hence the nap) and I should have just left him.
Took the boys out for some groceries to Walmart today and couldn’t pass up these cute little Spider-Man lawn chairs!
At this point in my project I was feeling a definite lull and didn’t make the effort to take a picture with purpose. I was taking photos for a rhubarb cake recipe and thought “this will do” for day 144, so here we are.
This boy loves to be outside. He is always outside playing with his diggers or pretending to mow the lawn for me.
The rest of our land that needed to be planted was the furthest away from the farm site, but it’s closer to Laura & Craig’s house so we’ve been spending lots of time there lately. They have a nice deck like we do, great for the kids!
Three generations of Schultz men in the last field that we need to seed. As I write this there’s less than 2 hours of work left to do to get the crops in the ground, but the weather isn’t cooperating and we’ve had rain and wind off and on since Wednesday.
Please link up….please start your project 365, it’s something you won’t regret. I love having a little piece of our lives documented every single day, I know you will too!

Thank you for these words, every one of you. Have a wonderful day!
Great pictures as always! I love the first one, such a great big brother! I'm pretty sure my son would have thrown his sister on the ground for that one. ;0) Day 146 is adorable as well. He looks so happy to be hanging out outside!

Thank you, they really are learning to put up with me 🙂
I love the one where they're sitting on top of each other ,haha! I also love the sleeping one, but sorry to hear he was sick. What beautiful photos. 🙂
I think we're finally over the hump of the sickies that have been around for over a month now
Love that three generation picture!
We are almost done too. Would have been finished last week, but we actually got some rain. That doesn't happen near enough around here, so we aren't upset. lol.
My recent post 141/365- 148/365.
Take rain when you get it! We got 500 acres of peas in then it SNOWED at the beginning of May and we needed a "snow break". Then we had a huge, long stretch and just this last little bit it's rained. Glad it's all in the ground now! Good luck finishing!
Oh my goodness I ahve to go get those chairs! Henry would flip! And that's good looking rhubarb, od you grow that yourself? We have so much invasive rhubarb, but it doesn't give me big fruity stalks, and I'm forever trying to get rid of it.

Yeah they're really cute little chairs. Rhubarb grows like a weed, I swear! These stalks are nice, big, and juicy! I'll have to make something rhubarb once a week to keep up with it!
