Chocolate Chip Vanilla Pudding Cookies

The richest, creamiest chocolate chip cookies you'll ever eat!
Serves: 36
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ brown sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding (30 g, small box)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars together really well with a stand- or electric-mixer.
  3. Add the package vanilla pudding powder (don't actually make pudding!) and the vanilla and beat until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs and beat until well-incorporated.
  5. Gradually add and mix in the flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop scoops of cookie dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes until barely golden; cool on racks and then enjoy!
