A delicious, easy-to-make honey garlic chicken recipe your whole family will love

Ingredients
Chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in), enough to feed your family/fill your pan!
1 tbsp canola oil
Salt & pepper
Sauce
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 garlic cloves, pressed
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400°F and heat cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat with canola oil.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet when hot. Cook until skin turns brown, flip and continue cooking to sear.
Make your sauce by mixing all ingredients together.
Remove skillet from heat, add sauce directly into pan and continue cooking in the oven, about 30 minutes for boneless and 40-45 minutes for bone-in or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165ºF.
