My mother-in-law said to me yesterday that I had missed my photos last week. I know! Oh we’ve been so busy I just did 2 weeks worth of editing when I like to do it every 3-4 days! Anyway, picture overload, starting now!
With seeding nearing an end on the farm, you’ll be able to tell by these 2 weeks worth of photos that we spend a lot of time together. The baby of the family, Clary, with Papa and Grandma at supper.
Late night photo down the hallway to the boys’ rooms. Don’t forget to print all the photos you take! I need to update my frames, speaking of which!
Favourite picture of seeding, by far. Maybe ever! You can read the story of this photo here.
Making potato rolls for the first time.
Miss Clara, scooting around.
Told you there would be lots of family pics….and also lots of Clara pics! Often I’m in the kitchen making supper or on the computer, I look over and see her playing and can’t help myself! She just loves our animals so much! (The dog tolerates it, but isn’t happy about it, as you can see!)
Honey garlic meatballs for supper. Recipe coming soon, my kids’ favourite meal!
Mother’s Day tea at playschool. Selfie with my oldest! He was so proud and excited about this day!
Surprise (early) Mother’s Day flowers from Jay.
Clara at the window again! I told you, I can’t help myself!
The seeding crew took the morning of Mother’s Day off so we could go to church and then have lunch in Rosebud. Took some photos of m’boys!
During seeding on Mondays Clara has been having sleepovers with us. The boys absolutely adore her, and even though she’s far too big to hold to give a bottle to, Braden insisted on trying!
It was a gorgeous evening and the guys were working on one of the fields that is a bit far away, so I took supper out to the field for the family. There was already a cement pad that is sheltered nicely by the grain bins and the guys just brought a picnic table over. Works nicely!
Wednesday nights are now soccer nights. Braden has practice for 1/2 hour and then they play their games for the last 1/2 hour. Little brother just had to sit with big brother on the sidelines!
As of this moment Jay is home because finally we are getting some rain. He’s re-installing my ‘old’ dishwasher because we have had nothing but problems with our ‘new’ one. And that’s all I’ll say about that! Have a great weekend, hopefully I can get back on track with my weekly photo posts!
